Salesforce Business Analyst (C2C not supported)
NOVUS Professional Services is a seeking senior-level Salesforce Business Analyst to work with our premier Denver client. The successful candidate will provide technical solutions. The position requires expert Software Delivery knowledge for the corresponding business unit(s), as well as an understanding of the organization’s systems and capabilities. The Senior Business Analyst provides knowledge on the direction of the business by utilizing information about the business processes and technical capabilities to implement solutions to the more complex business needs/problems.

Job requirements:
- Salesforce analyst experience. (5 to 10 years)
- Proven experience bringing different views to a consensus.
- Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Gather, refine and validate complex business requirements, interdependencies, cross-functional dependencies and potential risks and issues.
- Conduct gap analysis assessments on existing functional and business requirements as well as user experiences.
- Work effectively with all types of teams while still working independently to meet deadlines.
- Assist in the business process design or redesign and documentation as needed.
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to such specifications.
- Facilitate communication and gain commitment between teams.
- Work on multiple projects as a project team member, at times as a project leader.
- May coach and mentor less experienced staff.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people. (even if you are a non-technical person)
- Good interpersonal and consultative skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for business analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced training on elicitation and elaboration of requirements from a verified source, and demonstration of using these skills to provide elicitation and elaboration of requirements.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
