I was
brought in as a subcontractor to The Management Network Group (TMNG) to provide consulting services
to their telecommunications clients.
I provided
project management and business analysis support in developing a comprehensive
revenue management process design. I led a team of three senior analysts
through numerous requirements gathering sessions, a complex processing
engineering effort, and the production of a complete process-definition document
for a major telecommunications provider.
I provided
software engineering expertise in developing a suite of tools to support the
analysis of unguided usage records for another client. The toolset
provides an intuitive interface to enable
users to perform a variety of complex analytical functions with minimal human
intervention. The application has been used successfully to recover a
large percentage of unbilled revenue that would otherwise have been written off.
