I was brought in to launch a project to implement K2.net software as a
workflow automation solution. Working for the Project Management Office (PMO)
and using their proprietary Project Management Framework (PMF), I conducted
Definition and Initiation activities, including Stakeholder Analysis,
preliminary Project Planning, Budgeting and Finance, and Software Licensing
Negotiations. I set the stage for the introduction of the implementation
vendor and handed off the project management activities to the vendor once
Initiation was complete.
