I worked as a SYSTEMS
ENGINEER to implement a
project facilitation tool from NOVUS Professional Services at this startup
telecom company.
I demonstrated and sold a package developed in MS Access to track common project
documentation, including Action Items, Issues, Requirements, Change Requests,
Trouble Tickets, and Configuration Components. I performed minor
customizations to meet Net2000's specific requirements and installed the package
at their site. The package was used to manage multiple projects in the
Customer Service, Rating, and Billing areas.
