I consulted as a
SYSTEM ENGINEER, BUSINESS
ANALYST, and PROJECT
MANAGER for IAI, a systems
engineering and integration firm. I performed engineering tasks for IAI
directly while providing subcontract engineering services to their clients.
I designed and documented a high-level audit-and-control process for a general
telecommunications OSS. The process provided for tracking revenue streams
through the entire OSS, from Order Entry, through the network, to Billing and
Collections.
I authored a high-level design document for the customer, account, and
subscription data components of a new version of IAI’s integration software
called LensKits.
I defined and documented a process for conducting vendor evaluations and package
selections, formalizing and standardizing the approach throughout the
organization. The process included numerous document templates to provide
for ease of use and consistency.
