is a small consulting firm led by senior
software engineering consultant Jerome Nowosatko. We provide information
technology consulting services to Fortune 500 clients throughout the country.

Company Profile
NOVUS was founded in 1997 by
Jerome Nowosatko after a
successful career with a large consulting firm. After serving Fortune 500
companies in Detroit, Washington D.C., Ohio, and Colorado, he decided he could
offer the same skills and services independently to targeted industry segments.
Since 1997, Jerome has expanded the company to include a small cadre of
experts in project management, business analysis, software engineering, quality
assurance, and other skill sets in the IT field. NOVUS Professionals have
participated in or run projects for clients throughout the country, including
such companies as BellSouth Communications,
Nextel, and
SBC Communications.
 As
a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®)
since 1996 and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®),
Jerome has long practiced the art and science of project management according to
the principles and practices of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®).
 Jerome
Nowosatko is also a domain expert in the telecom industry with extensive
knowledge of the Customer Management layer of the Telecommunications Management
Network (TMN®),
including order entry, customer care and customer relationship management (CRM),
trouble management, and billing. He also has experience with the service
and network management layers of the architecture. Other NOVUS Professionals
round out the expertise and capabilities within the model so that NOVUS is able
to provide services throughout the entire architecture, and for all phases of
the development lifecycle.
